Jasdeep Singh
I am currently the Chief Operating Officer at 3BC – The Cannabinoid Company and a UConn MBA graduate. I have extensive experience in growth strategy, organizational leadership, brand management, and business communications. I have also consulted with clients on marketing, client relations, talent development, and data analysis. Overall, I find my work organizing and coordinating cross-functional teams at all stages of development and execution as the most important because teams make or break companies!
I grew up in South Windsor, Connecticut and attended the University of Connecticut for a BS undergrad (1997-2002) (secondary science) and Master of Arts in Teaching (2002-2003). What makes my preparation to become a business leader different had been my deep and rewarding work as an education leader. I was a middle school science teacher, high school assistant principal, principal at Wolcott Elementary School in West Hartford, CT, and principal at Riverside Magnet School in East Hartford, CT.
Having been a principal and now a COO and consultant, I understand the importance of developing and allocating human and fiscal capital effectively and efficiently as well as how to use think strategically to achieve short- and long-term goals.
